Easter Egg Hunt
From Preschool Powol Packets
PREPARATION:
1. Print and laminate (or use a sheet protector) one gameboard. Print one basket for each player and enough eggs for each player. Each page
with eggs contains enough eggs for two players. Included in this file are colored eggs and white eggs—you can choose which you want to
use!
2. Cut out the eggs and place them in a pile. Give one basket to each player.
3. Additionally, you will need a die and a marker for each player. You can use a coin, small toy, piece of colored paper, etc. Place each player’s
marker on the START square.
4. Point out how the arrows show the direction the pieces will move.
OBJECTIVE:
Be the first player to fill your basket with eggs!
TO PLAY:
1. Each player rolls the die and the player with the highest number starts.
2. On each turn, the player will roll the die and move his marker the number indicated. Based on the color of the egg the player lands on, the
following actions may happen:
a. Red egg: take one egg and place it on your basket
b. Yellow egg: take two eggs and place them on your basket
c. Blue egg: take three eggs and place them on your basket
d. Green egg: take on e of your eggs out of your basket and place it back in the pile
e. Purple egg: take one egg from another player
f. Each time you pass go, take two more eggs. Do not take any on your first turn.
3. When your basket is full, you win! Play may continue until all players win.
